General Terms and Conditions of

1. General / Conclusion of Contract

1.1.
All deliveries and services of Stieber GmbH & Co. KG based on online orders via the internet or other online services are subject to these terms and conditions. Deviating and/or additional agreements require the express consent of Stieber GmbH & Co. KG as well as written form.

1.2.
We are entitled to process all data related to business relations with customers in accordance with data protection laws. We are also entitled to pass on this data (especially for credit checks) to third parties. The customer has the right to object to the disclosure. In this case, delivery can only be made by cash on delivery or prepayment.

1.3.
The place of jurisdiction for all mutual obligations arising from the contract, including any restitution claims, is agreed to be Hauneck-Unterhaun.

1.4.
We retain ownership of the purchased goods until full payment of all claims arising from the delivery contract, including ancillary claims. The retention of title remains valid until the customer has settled all outstanding claims against them.

1.5.
In the case of seizures or other interventions by third parties, the buyer must notify us immediately in writing.

1.6.
Unless otherwise specified, the statutory provisions in effect at the time of contract conclusion apply.

2. Prices and Payment Terms

2.1.
The prices listed in the online shop are determined by the merchandise management system. Any agreed special conditions (VIP, etc.) are automatically taken into account. The prices are listed in the current price list. The valid catalog is 40V. The purchase price list No. 40 is provided separately to the customer. The purchase prices for the individual parts catalog 109EK are valid from 17.03.2025.

2.2.
All purchase prices are stated excluding statutory VAT and ex-works, meaning additional shipping or freight charges apply. Packaging, insurance, and small order surcharges are not charged.

2.3.
Special conditions are regulated in the price list.
All revenues from services (e.g., engravings, laser engraving, UV printing, etc.), special orders, custom-made items, and freight/shipping charges are excluded from special conditions and are not eligible for discounts.

2.4.
You can request your price list for the current catalogs by emailing info@stieber-vereinsbedarf.de with your customer number.

2.5.
Net payment is required within 10 or 30 days. Delivery against prepayment is reserved.

3. Delivery and Shipping

3.1.
Delivery is subject to our warehouse availability. The average delivery time is approximately 2-3 business days (for deliveries within Germany). We are entitled to make partial deliveries unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Ordered items that are out of stock and cannot be replaced by a substitute item will be canceled from the order. If an item is only temporarily unavailable, it will be shipped later free of charge. Partial deliveries are considered independent deliveries for payment obligations, transfer of risk, and warranty obligations. The customer is not entitled to reject independent partial deliveries.

3.2. Shipping Costs

3.2.1 Parcel Shipping (DHL and GLS)*:
The current freight prices for domestic and international shipping can be found on the shipping costs page in the online shop.

3.2.2 Freight Shipping:
Freight costs are calculated based on distance and weight, or volumetric weight (EU).
For freight shipping, the actual freight costs will be listed on our invoices.

3.2.3 Dropshipping:
For direct shipping to your customer, we charge a dropshipping fee. If you wish for direct shipping to your customer, please select the "Neutral DIRECT Parcel Shipping" option when ordering in the online shop. The dropshipping fee can be found in the shipping cost table in the online shop.

3.3.
Technical changes due to technological advancements, as well as changes or deviations in form and color, are reserved.

3.4.
The shipping method, shipping route, and the company responsible for shipping can be determined by us at our discretion unless the customer provides explicit instructions. Any additional costs arising from such instructions shall be borne by the customer.

3.5.
When sending goods or other parts to Stieber GmbH & Co. KG, the sender bears the transport risk until the goods arrive at Stieber GmbH & Co. KG, as well as all incurred transport costs. This does not apply to returns within the granted return rights. A credit note/invoice correction will be issued for returned goods with a deduction of 15% of the merchandise value.

3.6.
If you discover upon receipt of the shipment that the goods are damaged, you must immediately report this to the postal service or freight carrier and have the damage recorded. This report must also be made if the packaging is undamaged, but damage to the goods or missing items is discovered upon unpacking. We must also be notified of the damage immediately, and the damage report must be sent to us. Upon receipt of the documentation and return of the damaged goods, a replacement delivery will be made immediately.
